Return and Exchange Method


1. 30-Day Trial Program

■ To give you ample time to experience our products, SATBAKHI offers a 30-day trial program. If you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

■ For returns or exchanges, please provide your name, order number, contact number, product name, reason for return, and photos (we'd like to know what improvements can be made).

■ Returns must be returned with the gift (if any) and intact packaging. Return shipping is at our expense. For any inquiries, please contact customer service via the following email address.

■ If you purchased two or more items, please confirm your satisfaction before using the next item. Thank you.

2. Return Policy

a. For returned items that are not damaged or defective due to human error, we offer a 30-day return and exchange service [one time].

b. Please ensure the integrity of the product and packaging, including the product, packaging (and contents), invoice, and gifts (if any). Please note: To ensure return rights, the invoice must be sent along! After confirming the order number, we will send you a discount slip. Please download, print, sign (including your ID number) or stamp, take a photo or scan, or send it back with the product.

c. If prompted by this store, please retain the original packaging (including the outer box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

d. Returns are not accepted in the following circumstances:

  • More than 30 days after receiving the product.

  • Damage caused by human error, such as soiling, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, or dirt.

  • Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice, coupon, or accessories are missing.

  • Malicious or bulk returns.


3. Return Process

Contact Customer Service → Confirm return availability → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → Have the store's designated logistics service retrieve the product → Provide the coupon slip for return.


4. Refund Instructions

a. For credit card payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be directly transferred to the original credit card account.

b. For cash on delivery payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.


5. Exchange Notice

Except for damage or defects caused by unintentional human error, if notified by the store, please retain the original packaging (including the outer box). Otherwise, no exchange will be accepted.


6. Exchange Process

If you and the store agree to an exchange, please return the original order and place a new order with the store. We will only invoice you for the difference in payment and collect or refund such fees. If there is no difference in payment, no further processing will be required.
