Despite decades of textile experience, we had never encountered such a revolutionary fabric. We subsequently collaborated with a textile expert with 30 years of experience to discuss how to weave it. Because the collagen yarn used as the raw material is completely inelastic, it must be blended with nylon 6 and highly elastic fibers.

Ultra-high-density supramolecular collagen yarn is directly "nano-woven" into the pants. The entire pair is filled with collagen fibers, combined with improved high-elasticity nylon. Using the more expensive "360° circular stretch fiber" and "four-needle six-thread weaving method," the pants exhibit ultra-high elasticity and are extremely comfortable and soft to the touch! We have maximized the "moisture retention of collagen nylon."
