4. Returns and other related matters
■ Returns If there are any issues with the order content or the product, please contact SATBAKHI Collagen Weaving within the 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) after the order is delivered. Returns are limited to "entire orders" and cannot be returned for single items. All products and gifts must be kept new, unused, and unopened. When returning, please use the original packaging carton to properly pack the product to be returned together with the gifts. If the original carton is lost, please use another complete carton to pack. Do not directly stick stickers or write words on the original packaging. Please also pack (1) all products (complete and unopened) (2) gifts and combinations in the original packaging together. Our designated home delivery company will pick up the entire order and gifts at your designated address. You do not need to bear any shipping costs. Once our company confirms that the goods have been retrieved and inspected, we will immediately process the subsequent refund or exchange for you. If the returned product is missing or damaged, SATBAKHI Collagen Weaving reserves the right to deduct a refund based on the severity of the damage.
■ Exchanges for Defective Products
Currently, we only accept exchanges for defective products or incorrectly shipped items. If your new product is defective or damaged, please contact SATBAKHI Collagen Weaving Customer Service within the 7-day inspection period (including national holidays) and attach a complete description and accompanying photos and videos. Customer Service will contact the manufacturer within 3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) to confirm the defect and assist with the exchange process.
When exchanging, please securely pack the product in the original packaging. If the original box is lost, please use a complete alternative. Do not affix stickers or write directly on the original packaging. Our designated delivery company will pick up the original item at your designated address. Once the original item is returned, a replacement will be delivered to your designated location within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping costs for defective exchanges are borne by our company. Limited to one exchange per order.
■ Refund Process
Credit Card Payment: After our company receives and verifies the returned item, we will refund the amount to your credit card within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A notification will be sent via email upon completion of the refund. Due to differences in bank processing times and procedures, it may take 15-20 days for the refund to be posted. The refund may appear on your current or next month's bill, or you can confirm directly with your card-issuing bank.
Convenience Store Pickup/ATM Virtual Account Payment: After our company receives and verifies the returned item, we will transfer the amount to your bank account within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A notification will be sent via email upon completion of the refund. If a purchase credit was used for an order and has not expired by the time the warehouse completes the return, it will be automatically refunded upon completion of the refund.

You acknowledge and agree that this website or its licensors own all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the Member Services or Store Services, including any intellectual property rights subsisting in the Services (whether or not such rights are registered, and regardless of where in the world such rights exist).
