Pattern Design: It Has to Look Slim!
❝ When we started sketching, our goal was clear — the fit must look slimmer than any other leggings.
To be honest, the early prototypes were far from what we envisioned.
Some versions had poor elasticity, a low waist, or misplaced seams that made the legs look less slim.
We revised them again and again — sometimes just adjusting 1–2 cm made a huge visual difference. ❞
After numerous revisions, we finally achieved the ideal silhouette. However, our pattern required multiple fabric panels, and the factory pointed out two key challenges:
➊ More panels significantly increase production costs — we accepted this to ensure the most flattering fit.
➋ To minimize errors, we used a GerberCutter computerized cutting system for precision and quality assurance — again, we gladly agreed.
And one more important thing — “No awkward seam lines!”
After 18 months of continuous testing and refinement, we finally achieved the perfect slimming effect and fit.

Our team combines expertise from a textile designer and developer with 10 years of experience, a fabric analyst, a quality-control specialist, and a graphic designer with chronically dry legs (a story for another day) — together with a 30-year veteran in leggings pattern design.
